1. When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Pre-orders will be shipped within 3-6 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
4. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
All sales are final. We offer a 30-minute window period after placing your order to make any modifications. If you need to change the size, shipping address, item color/style, or update your contact details, please email info@destinedtobeher.com with your order number and request.
Please note: Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make any changes.

5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with security tags and ribbons attached. Please visit our Returns page for more details.

To maintain the quality of your items, we recommend following the care instructions on the garment tag. Most of our pieces should be cold hand-washed only.
10. Will you restock sold-out items?
We produce limited runs of each collection, but some bestsellers may return. Sign up for restock alerts on the product page or follow us on social media for updates.
